We will de-flash your production whether injection moulded or by compression. We can process rubber, silicone, highly filled plastic and non-ferrous metal parts.

Send us your samples we will de-flash them and send them back to you for inspection and acceptance. If you are happy to proceed we will offer you a quotation to de-flash the parts for you.

Hand trimming high volume parts is time consuming and expensive. Smaller batches of high precision parts for example, and critical application parts de-flashed by hand trimming is a risk, a small cut or tear in the wrong place can be a disaster for your customer. Cryogenic de-flashing takes that risk away.

Contact ECO UK Services Ltd for all your de-flashing requirement’s.

Rubber Parts

The drum deburring/de-flashing process, which has been established in the rubber and plastics industry for many years, was advanced by the introduction of cryogenic media-blasting deburring in the 1970s. MEWO played a significant role in the development of this new deburring/de-flashing process, which created more extensive areas of application for completely new and extremely varied product groups.

Plastic Parts

Over the past few years, we have continuously developed our machines in line with the constantly growing demands of the plastics industry in order to deburr technical functional components such as highly filled glass fibre reinforced plastics like PPS GF 40 or PPS LGF 50 as well as manufactured from carbon fibre-reinforced plastics CFR like PA6 CF 40.

Non Ferrous Metal Parts

After completing successful development work in its in-house Technical Centre, MEWO made its breakthrough in using cryogenic technology for finishing NF-metal components with very complex or extremely delicate shapes that require sensitive treatment.
